Before you reach out
Do you work with businesses outside Virginia?
Yes. ZaphyrKeep works with small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. Our process is fully remote and cloud-based, so location is never a barrier.
What should I prepare for the first call?
Just a general picture of your business: what you sell, roughly how many transactions you process each month, the accounting software you use (if any) and where you need help. We take it from there.
What if my books are behind or messy?
That is common. During your free consultation we assess where your books stand and outline the steps to bring them current before regular monthly bookkeeping begins.
